NER Chapter 5 (large gen.) connection studies

These are the basic connection studies needed in order to connect your power plant to the National Electricity Market. They are also called R0 (connection application) and R1 (registration) studies. We configure the plant's model so it meets the NER rules. The results must meet the Minimum Access Standards, and if possible, the Automatic Access Standards. The studies are accompanied by a first draft of the GPS.
