Lincoln Gap Wind Farm Stage 1

We provided a grid connection service for this project after the demise of the OEM (Senvion). We helped it to successfully complete the R2 process, to reach full generation. This included hold point testing, R2 model validation, power quality analysis.
During the operation phase we have provided further services:
We investigated and corrected non-compliance with dispatch instructions.
We provided a communications failure analysis, and worked collaboratively with Vestas to implement a fault-tolerant communications system. This used current loop communication, rather than digital communications.
Most recently we have been preforming fascinating studies of high-frequency harmonics in the power supply.
